Coopérer pour Entreprendre is a company supporting the creation and sustainability of collective entrepreneurship structures, and provides the ERP « EnDI » for the commercial and administrative management of entrepreneurs.
I conducted an audit mission for 8 months (2021): in this context, I produced and documented a user research protocol which was deployed in some companies using this ERP. I collected and analyzed all the results (qualitative and quantitative) in order to give ergonomic recommendations to improve the interface and user experience.

Issue
Dissatisfaction has been reported about enDI: but since it addresses a really wide range of user profiles, with different functions in different areas and structures, Coopérer pour entreprendre (the client) couldn’t realize a detailed analysis to find clear areas for improvement.
Although, after analyzing these various feedback, we were able to determine that the main issue concerned the overall experience around the autonomy and intuitiveness of the interface. The objective therefore became clear: meet the users, collect their feelings, their motivations, the obstacles, their desires and their behavior regarding the enDI interface.
The observation tools created were useful in answering three main questions:
• Usefulness: does the product meet user needs?
• Appetence: what are users’ expectations, what do they want?
• Usability: is the product usable, understandable, ergonomic? Can the tasks be carried out effectively, efficiently and satisfactorily, in a specific context of use?
User research
Research protocol design, pilot testing, session moderation, qualitative coding of interview transcripts and surveys, synthesis, and analysis.
